  1. BOOKSLAB aims to offer the best customer service and thus we prefer to have an outsourced courier service whose sole purpose is shipment. Shipping charges are applicable to orders delivered to your preferred destination. However, we offer free pick-up points in major towns.   1. Return policy. We only accept returns purchased within two days from the sale date. A satisfactory reason for return MUST be given and a proof of purchase provided by the buyer. We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstances and for your returns you are only allowed to pick another items similarly priced.
