  2. Locate the product by either searching using the search bar at the top, browsing through the prepackaged school kits or browsing through the categories.
  3. Once you locate the item enter the quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
  4. If you wish to continue shopping for other items, click on ‘Continue Shopping’. Once you are done shopping, click on ‘Continue to Secure Checkout’.
  5. You will be asked to confirm your items, click on ‘Continue to Secure Checkout’
  6. Fill in your shipping details. This can be done either while logged in or as a guest. If you do while logged in, the website will remember your shipping location the next time you shop. If you do it as a guest, then the website will only remember your shipping details for that transaction only.
  7. You will then receive a confirmation message via email from the website which will include your order number.

All learning institutions who wish to purchase from us in bulk with their own account we recommend you get in touch with us via the email sales@bookslab.co.ke or call our customer service. We have special pricing for schools who purchase with BOOKSLAB.

Yes, you can shop on the BOOKSLAB website as a registered user or as a guest. When you shop as a registered user, you don’t have to enter your details again when you come back next time. You may also choose to check out as a guest the website will forget your details once you check out. This means that you will key in your details afresh the next time you need to purchase from our website.

Orders made from the website will be delivered within 48 – 72 hours from the order/payment date unless otherwise advised. Our deliveries are handled by an outsourced courier company BENCHMARK XPRESS DELIVERY for deliveries within Nairobi metropolitan area. A customer may as well request for their own preferred courier service. We have PICK-UP POINTS in major cities within the country.

The charges are according to the rates offered by our courier service providers. Check on the shipping policy.

Once we dispatch your order you will receive a message informing you of the dispatch details and expected delivery date, according to your preferred courier provider.

Bookslab sells only genuine products. All books, stationery, and art products are new. You’re eligible for a refund within 3 days if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if the product doesn’t arrive. We do not sell any second hand items. All our products are directly sourced from trusted local and international manufacturers.
